So I got this for my wife .I thought she deserved something to relax her self and spice up the bedroom a little more ! Well let me say the first time she used it ! My girlfriend loves the toy, and I enjoy using it on her too. Unfortunately the 7+ developed charging issues after a few weeks, so I contacted support and they sent a new one out right away! Worse got worse though, usps lost that replacement package, so I thought that was it and I was never going to get a replacement.
I was thankfully wrong, Lulu's stellar support offered to ship out another one free of charge, because these things happen sometimes. Absolutely amazing company, and wonderful product.
