All orders are packaged in a very plain packaging. Depending on the size of your order, we use white or brown padded jiffy bags, or white or brown cardboard boxes. There is no marking on our orders as to the contents of the parcel or even jamtoys logo

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Our normal delivery time is within 7-12 business days.
Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of Jamtoys™ and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.
Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.
Once your order will be delivered, we will inform you with an e-mail including the tracking number and all the useful information, through which you can easily monitor your shipment.
Unfortunately we are unable to redirect an order once it has been dispatched. Please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address when you place an order.
